All of our KONTAKT libraries are published through Native Instruments, who handle your account and serial numbers, downloads and installation through Native Access, as well as technical support.

For anything related to registration, downloads, installation or Native Access, Native Instruments Support is usually the fastest route — they have access to your account and can help directly.
