The instrument

Built for the low end.

We started with a custom eight-string guitar built for high-gain tones and ultra-low tuning. Its combination of humbucker and single-coil pickups gives it a remarkably wide range — from massive low-end weight to sharp, articulate leads. We captured both pickup signals alongside a dedicated microphone, preserving the character and detail of the instrument from every angle.

The virtual instrument

From crushing riffs to intricate leads.

We turned those recordings into an instrument built around two ways of playing: a pattern engine for riffs, picking and strumming, and a dedicated melody mode for playing your own lines. Detailed articulations, expressive dynamics and a deep collection of recorded performances let you move naturally from tight rhythmic parts to fast, detailed leads.
